The Washington State Department of Early Learning is currently seeking a Program Specialist 5 working out of their Olympia office. The Strengthening Families WA (SFWA) Program Manager reports to the Strengthening Families WA Administrator and will be responsible for managing DEL's key Strengthening Families WA initiatives (i.e. serving as DEL's lead liaison to the Strengthening Families WA Initiative, managing the federal Community Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP) program activities, leading the development of parent leadership efforts, etc). |

This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) which contains a "union security" provision.
