Recovery Coach Academy

Course Description:
The Recovery Coach Academy (RCA) is provided by Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) trained trainers. This four-day event is a nationally recognized best practice model designed for those interested in becoming actively involved in serving as a Recovery Coach. A Recovery Coach is any-one interested in promoting health and wellness of people with substance use disorders by removing barriers and obstacles to recovery and serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or already in recovery.
