The proposed rules can be found here. Comments can be sent to rules@lcb.wa.gov or provided at the public hearing.
In addition, a CR 101 has been filed to make changes to our penalty guidelines. If you have comments on what these changes should include, your suggestions may also be sent to rules@lcb.wa.gov. Although the deadline has passed, the WSLCB is still working on the proposed rules and would accept suggestions.
