Prevention Ethics

The Prevention Specialist Certification Board of Washington (PSCBW) is pleased to offer a six-hour (6 hour) Prevention Ethics training, which is based upon SAMHSA’s  Center for the Prevention Technologies (CAPT) curriculum.

Six hours of prevention ethics training is one of the educational requirements for individuals who seek to become Certified Prevention Professionals (CPP)/ Internationally Certified Prevention Specialists (ICPS). This training will satisfy this requirement. The trainer is Pam Tindall, CPP, ICPS, an experienced trainer who will make this in-person training interesting and engaging. 

The fee for this class is $75.00 payable by check or VISA. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card, see attached form on the PSCBW website, http://www.pscbw.com/Pages/default.aspx.

Registration deadline is:   August 15, 2016

2. Please provide:

          a. your name

          b. your agency/organization/affiliation (if applicable)

          c. preferred email address

          d. preferred phone number including area code

          e. mailing address

3. We will acknowledge receipt of your email and let you know of your

          registration status.

4. Cancellation: If your registration is confirmed and you find that you must cancel, please let us know at least five (5) days prior to the training date and we will refund your registration fee.
