National award for publication on marijuana/e-cigarette prevention
The publication, Marijuana and e-cigarettes: Facts teens can use to make healthy choices, received first place in the National Newspapers Association Newspapers and Education contest.
The publication was developed by the King County Youth Marijuana Prevention and Education Program through a collaboration with the Seattle Times Newspapers in Education (NIE) program. The State of Washington Department of Health provided a grant to support this project. The publication was printed in the Seattle Times on Sunday, 5/30/2016.
