HUD Announces Smoke-free Public Housing Rule

On November 30, 2016 the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced a smoke-free public housing rule that requires more than 3,100 Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) in the U.S. to implement smoke-free policies over the next 18 months. Read the final rule here.
