Funding Opportunity - Home Visiting Expansion (FY16)

Thrive is excited to announce the release of a competitive funding opportunity for the Home Visiting Services Account: FY16 Expansion Funding Opportunity. Please note that this funding opportunity is only available to programs that have been operating their eligible home visiting program model for more than one year.

An opportunity for programs not currently operating a Home Visiting program to express interest in applying for funding will be coming out in the near future.
