Community Change Through Environmental Strategies

September 19, 2017.
11:30am - 1:00pm

Join Sunnyside United-Unidos in a training with Rodney Wambeam, PhD.  Rodney will discuss and and help us plan environmental prevention efforts to create positive social norms in our schools and community. Dr. Wambeam joins us from the University of Wyoming as a Senior Research Scientist who has done extensive research on the strategic prevention framework in Wyoming, Oregon and Washington. Our friends at the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery have made Dr. Wambeam accessible to coalitions as they develop and build partnerships for environmental prevention efforts.
