Thank you for attending DBHR’s 2023 Prevention Summit!

Last month, the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA), Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) hosted its annual Prevention Summit in-person for the first time since 2019. With over 600 people in attendance, including nearly 170 youth, 360 adults, and 80 virtual attendees, the event was an amazing success.

Are you, your youth team, coalition, and/or any community members engaged in prevention and interested in attending the 2023 Prevention Summit but are limited in funds to attend? This year, the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) has identified funding to provide financial support to prevention professionals and youth to attend the 2023 Prevention Summit!

Requests will be reviewed internally and awarded dependent upon need and availability of funding. DBHR reserves the right to deny an application if questions are not answered sufficiently.

Get ready for the 2023 Prevention Summit and Provider Meeting!

This year's Prevention Summit and Provider Meeting will be held in Spokane, WA, at the Davenport Grand. The annual Provider Meeting will be held on Monday, October 23, and the Prevention Summit on Tuesday, October 24 and Wednesday, October 25.
