This symposium will help improve your personal communication and programmatic communication across cultures. Adopting Do’s and Don’ts of culturally-respectful communication strengthens mentor-mentee relationships, enhances case management, increases youth and mentor relationships, improves program-family relationships, and mentor/volunteer recruitment. Lastly, it can help to improve cross-cultural relationships among co-workers.
