It’s that time: The 2023 community survey will begin on Saturday, July 15, and run until Wednesday, November 15. Please review the email you received with your online survey links.
The 2023 core survey (for printing hard copies) and the data entry manual can be found on The Athena Forum Community Surveys page. On this page, you will find other helpful information and resources, such as your community's minimum target response requirements based on population size.
If you requested additional questions, the hard copy template emailed to you previously includes these questions.
